Today was a scenic drive on the Harris side of the Island. In Tarbert we went to a distillery in search of a gin made with a sweet kelp and discovered they were celebrating a new whiskey - and had a taste. We then drove on to Luskentyre beach - a sand beach not a rocky cove. From there we visited the medieval St. Clements Church in Rodel. On our return loop around the lower part of the Island we stopped at a Harris Tweed shop to look at their exhibit.
